Comcast Cable Scholarship & Internship Programs

The Comcast Cable scholarship fund will provide five $3,000 scholarships per year for the next 10 years. This scholarship is part of an agreement negotiated by the Office for Business & Community Economic Development and Time Warner Cable (now Comcast Cable). The Comcast Cable fund will support and enhance scholarship opportunities for students of color attending the University of Minnesota.

Comcast Cable also will provide three internships per year for the next 10 years to full-time University of Minnesota students. These internships will offer full-time summer jobs for students of color who are interested in working in telecommunications.
